Check the Status of a Service Order

Normally, we complete repairs in your home or office during our initial service call. However, we have created this page in an effort to keep you fully informed as to the status of ongoing work we are performing for you. If you dropped off your computer or if we had to take any items back to the shop for repair, you were given a Service Order Receipt with a unique Service Order ID number on it.

Simply scan the list below to find your service order number and determine the current status of your project. Each service order is updated when completed or at the end of each day. If your service order has been marked completed below, we tried to call to let you know it was finished. You should call us to schedule a time for delivery or pick up.
