The goal of PC Colorado, Inc. is to have your computer, server, network and IT needs met as quickly as possible. With that in mind, we have outlined below the steps that we have put into place for our customers to schedule appointments for service, perform remote access, ask general questions, and handle any computer related issue.

In an attempt to clarify the hours that support will be available from PC Colorado, We have itemized those times below.

SUPPORT DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS

(8:00 AM thru 6:00 PM Monday through Friday)

Options to request service and/or help with a computer related problem during business hours

· Call PC Colorado’s main office at 719-475-0255. We have staff available to take your call from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.

· In addition to the above number, we have instituted a support@pccolorado.com email address for customers to request help or service rather than calling a tech directly. If you have access to a computer, you may send an email to support@pccolorado.com explaining your problem and what computers/servers are affected. This support email address is monitored constantly by our staff during regular business hours. This should allow us to provide quicker response time. We prefer that you DO NOT call a tech directly to schedule an appointment. We are trying to coordinate all service though our main office in order to provide the quickest possible response time.

The person taking the call or viewing the email will contact you and after talking with you will decide the best way to help with your problem. It may include remote support by signing on to your computer to view the problem. It may also involve scheduling an appointment for a tech to come to your location. To save you money, the tech might suggest it might be best for you to drop off your computer at our office

SUPPORT OUTSIDE REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS

(6 PM to 10 PM) Monday through Friday, and 9 AM through 10 PM holidays and weekends)

We now have an on-call tech phone/message line for emergencies that occur outside our regular business hours. That phone number is (719)-425-0002 and will be monitored hourly during the times listed above. In most cases, a tech will answer this on-call phone immediately. If he is tied up with another customer, our tech will make every attempt to contact you as soon as possible to determine the best way to assist you. The tech will try to determine the severity of the problem and will help you decide if you can wait to the next business day to schedule an appointment. The tech might provide remote support, schedule an appointment for the next business day or make a service call immediately to solve your problem.

You should be aware the after-hours help is billed at a higher rate so if your problem can wait until the next business day, you will save money.

When approaching from the South:

If you are driving North on I-25, Take Uintah Street exit and turn right onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east on Uintah six-tenths of a mile to North Weber (you will pass Cascade and Nevada)
                Turn left onto North Weber Street and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 Weber Street
If you are driving North on Cascade, turn right onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east on Uintah two-tenths of a mile to North Weber (you will pass Nevada)
                Turn left onto Weber Street and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 Weber Street
If you are driving North on Nevada, turn right onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east one-tenth of a mile east on Uintah to North Weber
                Turn left onto North Weber and proceed four-tenths of a mile to 1725 North Weber
If you are driving North on Union, turn left on onto Uintah Street
                Proceed 1.5 miles west on Uintah to North Weber
                Turn left onto North Weber and proceed four-tenths of a mile to 1725 North Weber

When approaching from the West:
If driving east on Uintah Street, turn right onto Weber and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 N. Weber
If driving east on Constitution, turn left onto El Paso. Proceed .6 mile on El Paso and turn right onto Fontanero Road. Proceed three blocks and turn left onto Weber Street.
If driving east on on Fillmore, turn left onto Nevada. Proceed 1.5 Miles South on Nevada and turn left onto Fontanero Road, then turn right onto Weber Street and proceed two block

When approaching from the North:

If you are driving south on I-25,exit onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east on Uintah six-tenths of a mile to North Weber (you will pass Cascade and Nevada)
                Turn left onto North Weber Street and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 Weber Street
If you are driving south on Cascade, turn left onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east on Uintah two-tenths of a mile to North Weber (you will pass Nevada)
                Turn left onto Weber Street and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 Weber Street
If you are driving south on Nevada, turn left onto Uintah Street
                Proceed east one-tenth of a mile east on Uintah to North Weber
                Turn left onto North Weber and proceed four-tenths of a mile to 1725 North Weber
If you are driving south on Union, turn right onto Uintah Street
                Proceed 1.5 miles west on Uintah to North Weber
                Turn left onto North Weber and proceed four-tenths of a mile to 1725 North Weber

When approaching from the East:
If driving west on Uintah, turn right at North Weber and proceed five-tenths of a mile to 1725 North Weber
If driving west on Fillmore, turn right onto Nevada proceed 1.5 miles south on Nevada and turn left on Fontanero Road. Turn right onto Weber and proceed two blocks to 1725 N. Weber.
